| "Summer" is a meticulously maintained Classic, equipped with twin Cummins 300hp engines, which is being sold due to the owners' change of plans.
"Summer" has two staterooms, two heads, and an up galley. Forward, the v-berth comfortably sleeps two, and has an en-suite head and shower. Up 3 steps to the main cabin; the lower helm with its bench seat is forward to starboard and has a door next to the helm to the sidedeck. Opposite the helm is the straight galley. Aft of the galley is a door to the portside deck, and aft of the door is a straight settee with a Grunert freezer in the port corner on which the TV/DVD sits. Opposite the straight settee and aft of the helm bench seat is a cabinet with a dry bar and icemaker, followed by the L-settee and drop leaf teak table. The settees are covered in dark green Ultrasuede, and the drapes and reading lamp shades custom made to match. There are two Grand Banks s/s and teak stools that can be used for additional seating or pulled up to the teak dining table. Down three steps to the aft master stateroom. The head and stall shower are to starboard, followed by the queen berth which is offset to starboard. Opposite to port is a desk (in the port corner) and along the port side are drawers. Forward of the chest of drawers are two large hanging lockers. Throughout the boat is a teak parquet sole, airconditioning, and brass reading lamps. Galley The galley is forward to port in the main salon. It has a microwave, large sink, electric stove and oven, Grunert under counter refrigerator, Grunert freezer in the aft port corner of the salon, hot and cold pressure water system, trash compactor opposite electric stove near helm, exhaust fan, and pull-out counter extension. There is abundant storage in lockers and drawers. Hull White gelcoat hull; fiberglass bow pulpit w/double bow roller; Ideal windlass w/45 lb CQR and 300' of 3/8" chain; fresh water faucet forward; s/s stanchions and s/s hand rails and grab rails; teak caprails; teak decks; cockpit shower and fresh water spigot aft; teak transom; teak swim platform and swim ladder; dock box on bridge; spot light at front of boat; center-opening front window; teak dinghy chocks; trawler mast w/spreader lights and radar dome; flybridge with forward and aft facing bench seats, an L-settee, and teak grate table under the full bridge dark blue Sunbrella bimini; canvas covers for all brightwork, including: helm cover, weather cloths, settee and table covers, master stateroom rear door cover, cap rail covers, teak transom, and light board covers. There are also white front windshield covers and forward hatch covers. The trawler mast and window frames were painted this spring.
